Your role

Responsibilities:

  • Exposure to Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Application (Applying Cash), and reporting /Credit and collections
  • Exposure to AR Reconciliation and Age wise Analysis of overdue
  • Experienced in Procure to Pay procedures and delivery

About you

Required Expertise:

  • Fresh graduates to 3 years of relevant work experience in a Finance & Admin BPO or any other industry in the accounting field & handling Collections.
  • Having experience in Account Payable (AP) or Account Receivable (AR) is essential.
  • Fluent in English, and Vietnamese Speaking, good in reading and writing. Local candidates who have proficiency in Vietnamese are welcome to apply.
  • Working knowledge of ERP environment, preferably SAP Accounting System.
  • Aptitude for understanding and solving problems
  • Should be able to handle customer queries.
  • Voice skills are needed.

Preferred Expertise:

  • Exposure to Cash Applications (Applying Cash) and reporting /Credit and collections
  • Exposure to AR Reconciliation and Age wise Analysis of overdue
  • Experienced in Procure to Pay procedures and delivery
