The construction industry was out of my comfort zone when I first started (and a little now, I’m still learning) so most of the experiences I have had here are a first for me!

The coolest thing about my job is working in an inclusive and collaborative environment. Everyone shares the same vision and there is always professional growth.

The types of tasks I enjoy the most are when I’m collaborating with clients to achieve great outcomes, the best feeling is getting a resource consent granted with minimal further requests of information from council.

Designing buildings and leaving a legacy in a city gives me satisfaction in my role. It’s such a great feeling to complete a project and move on to the next challenge.
