The company's culture is fantastic. The office is very open, and the executive are easy to talk to and happy to help their staff. The staff all get along well, with their being events organised outside of office hours that are fun and allow you to get to know your colleagues

The banks Executive team are very approachable and I meet with a number of them in the first week and have frequent interactions with - something pretty unique to Rural Bank from what I have heard about other banks. Opportunities to collaborate with other areas of the bank occur regularly and you are given the opportunity and time to participate in these. Examples of these are in areas such as on new products, promotional offerings to clients & staff safety. Regional offices have good social structures where you feel welcomed in the office and part of the team.
