As a Customer Operations Team Member, you’ll be joining a diverse and multi-skilled team whose core focus is to ensure our customer experience is of the highest standard. 

Within this role, you’ll undertake several business placements aligned to supporting our customer’s needs. You’ll work in a flexible team across various servicing channels gaining valuable product, systems and process knowledge along the way. You’ll have variety in your role and be supported to learn and develop the critical skills and capabilities to set you up for a successful front-line banking career 

Key responsibilities include providing high quality customer service, resolving general banking and account enquiries, back end data processing, analysing credit related documentation and general administrative duties using core banking systems.  

What you will bring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work and changing environments
  • Self-starter with strong computer skills
  • Well organised, able to pick up tasks quickly and an ability to manage a material workload
